HMRC have published their latest Trusts and Estates Newsletter and can be found here.

This includes signposting to the consultation on the draft legislation for the IHT changes to APR and BPR as well as the new rules on pension funds coming within the UK IHT net. Both consultations are open until 15 September.

There is also information about some reporting errors with informal estates.
